Floating Sound Bath
Sound Healing, or Sound Bath, is a meditative experience that uses resonant sounds and harmonics to intentionally promote relaxation, anxiety reduction, and meditative brain states for the well-being of the recipient. During this Ariel Sound Bath, we will incorporate gentle floor movements and relaxation in ariel hammocks to settle into a transformative experience. No experience needed.

Sound Healing in the Park
Sound Healing in the Park! Sound healing promotes deep relaxation and access to meditative brainwave states. Simply bring a yoga mat, small pillow and blanket to make yourself comfortable lying down for about 45 min. You will be immersed in the sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes, cymbals, and more. This class will follow Yoga in the Park at 6 pm. Stay for both!

Shift Change Sound Therapy for First Responders
Sound Meditation Therapy for EMS, Fire, PD, ER, 911 &significant others. In MESI training room at 1200 Burlington. Bring yoga mat, throw blanket, throw pillow. All are welcome, on or off shift. Donation based, suggested $5-20 per person.
Sound Therapy has the potential to reduce stress and anxiety by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, stimulating the vagus nerve, reducing cortisol levels, and increasing endorphins. It also encourages a shift into Alpha and Theta brainwave states associated with meditation, daydreaming, and deep relaxation.
